1st Choice Appliance Repair

Called Mike and he came out on Monday. Ran test codes and found we needed a new actuator. He replaced the part. Ran a cycle after he left and the washing machine had a burning smell, was making strange ticking noises and still did not drain. Called Mike and he came out again and put a new actuator on and stayed while we ran the entire cycle. All was well. Appreciate Mike coming back no questions asked and staying for an entire wash which is almost an hour with these new HE machines.

Mike was awesome, very responsive and informative. Called on Monday night, my washer was running like it was brand new Tuesday morning. Also took my payment via credit card without any hesitation and produced a receipt right away. I highly recommend 1st Choice, I really felt like a priority at every step.

He called ahead to let us know he would be coming in the afternoon and let my husband know he was arriving in about 45 minutes from his last job.  He made sure before he walked through our door that he had the model number of the dishwasher so he could do an immediate fix if possible.  This was AWESOME.   It took him a total of 15 minutes or so to fix the dishwasher.  Then we waited to make sure that the dishwasher was fixed before leaving.... all on a Friday evening at 6 pm. 
Super pleasant to work with.  Total for repair - $130 dollars. 

Mike arrived on time, determined the icemaker was beyond repair and installed a new icemaker. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and the price was very fair.
