Unrushed. She was talkative if I wanted her to be, and quiet if I wanted to concentrate on the relaxing feeling.
I had a 'sensitive skin' facial. I'm allergic to lanolin, and she'd done her homework before I arrived and made sure there was no lanolin or 'wool alcohol' in any of her products. I also have a touch of rosacea, and spent my first 22 years in Panama and Florida, so my skin has much sun damage (I'm 55).
The facial left my skin soft, soft, SOFT. Well-hydrated, clean.
-----
For my consultation with Deb Collins, she asked me to wait while she contacted HER mentor and the person she goes to with tough cases like mine. To make a long story short, she spent at least half an hour with me, looking at my skin, talking to the expert, etc.
She recommended I NOT have Ziba do anything with a laser or filler to fix the scars. That was OK by me. Better conservative than another set of problems, and she sure did her homework to be sure they couldn't or shouldn't help me.
Since then, I've gone back to my dermatologist, Dr. David O'Donnell. It was then one year since the bad laser session. (FYI: I had laser hair removal by HIS staff and never any problems - three sessions.) He had asked me to come back after a year and he said he *could* refer me to a specialized laser clinic in the Detroit area, but suggested kindly that I may want to leave well enough alone. I agreed.

Hair Removal
I think their prices are good compared to other places in bigger cities. I think they are very reasonable. The quality of their work is very good. I have never had any issues. I can ask them my questions and they get back to me. They fix the appointments. They are very informative. They can run a little bit behind, but they try and stay on time. They are professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were alright but a little over priced in my opinion. They are very informative. They have a good understanding of skin care. They were prompt with appointments. The office is very nice. It was very clean and pretty.
