After a couple of appt. tries on their part he showed up at 9:00 am to do the install. My house has 7 steps up to the kitchen so with two larger pcs and with only two of guys it was a bit of a job getting granite carried in. Once all the granite was carried in they had 4 pcs of granite in place and two sinks mounted in no time. After about 2 1/2 hrs they were finished and on their way. We noticed a few blemishes and called them and they come back out and tried to fix them. Some they fixed and some very minor ones they couldn't do much with. Tri City Granite may not come across as the most professional but they do good work and have great prices.

He's a great person. He had great example and definitely split the time, threw in several extras and I thought his price was well-prices for all the services he did but I was a little bit disappointed at the installation.

Paul Letherer and Tri-City Granite is just plain excellent. Everything went very well. Any "hiccups" that occurred were taken care of by Paul and not left to me to figure out. Paul took great care in the quality of his installation and he is very detail oriented. He displayed an unusual amount of concern for my husband and my satisfaction. I cannot praise him and his company enough!

My kitchen looks beautiful! When the job was complete, Paul charged the agreed upon price despite having completed some extra work not in his original quote. I thought the days of honest people were over -- I was very wrong. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for kitchen remodeling.
