They had to return the following day due to no hot water in the shower.  It was a simple fix, but after paying $400 for a new shower valve I had to take a cold shower the next morning.  Then they had to return on 1/27/14 due to a leak under the sink caused by an improper seal on the garbage disposal.  It began to leak again this fall.  We tried several times to call them but they did not return the messages we left.  When we had a repairman come in to fix the garbage disposal, he said that only two of the required four bolts had been used to replace the garbage disposal and it was a miracle that we didn't have a total disaster.

We have used this company for several years and have usually been satisfied with their prices and their work.  After this episode, we will never use then again and would heartily recommend no one ever use them.

It did go fine and they answered all my questions.

They were here on time on the date they said they would be here. They went to work immediately and were done in about 2 hours. They were professional at all times and treated me with respect. They explained everything they did and even suggested some things I had not thought about. After they were finished they answered all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly and made sure I was completely satisfied before they requested payment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done in this area.

This is the first time I've used a service from Angie's List. They were excellent, and I was very pleased with their service. They did a great job and didn't cost an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again.

Professional owner, returned my call, I told him what I needed. Mr. Thomas, scheduled a time for an estimate, and ended up starting work on the water heater and completed for me hot water ! Next day, after agreed amount set two of his plumbers to complete my pedestal sink. 4-nominal :) ! No doubt, the real deal !

The plumbers were a little late arriving, but this was because the previous job took a little longer than they expected. Upon arrival, they assessed the situation and informed me of the problem which was located underneath the bathroom. Because of the crawl space, and the way the house is built (1950's house), it was very difficult to get to the area where the leak was located making this a very difficult job. In addition, they noted there was another area that needed attention as there was also another leak they had identified near the turn-off valve. This required our township to turn off the main valve to our house to replace the old valve. The initial cost that was quoted was $250. I was very surprised with the initial quote. However, after our township inspector came to look at the competed job, he indicated that they would have to install yet another turn-off valve that was connected to the main valve. This was an additional $70 making the final cost $320. Despite the additional cost, this was still considered very reasonable considering the work that was involved. The plumbers were very courteous, professional and polite. I was so appreciative of the work they did that we gave them an added tip for the work they did. I would without hesitation use Thomas Plumbing again in the future and would STRONGLY recommend them to friends and family.

Our 50+ year old (blue porcelain) toilet had a slow leak. Two other companies have tried to fix it in the past, but both times the fix lasted only short term. This company said parts were no longer available, so we decided to replace. They brought in the exact toilet we asked for and the installation went well. We also replaced the (blue) sink in order to match the new toilet. The sink had to be a certain size in order for the bathroom door to open completely. They found a sink that fit, but it's deeper than the old one, so it's more difficult to fit between the sink and the wall to get to the bathroom window. The two workmen were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. This company installed a kitchen faucet for us the previous day. While they were working in the bathroom, we noticed that the water pressure from the new kitchen faucet had dropped, so they took a look at it. Pieces of rubber from the old shut-off and dirt from the pipes had plugged up the new faucet. They worked a long time to get the faucet back to the proper pressure and even installed a new shut-off at no extra charge.

We tried to do this ourselves, but didn't have the right tools. Found this company on Angie's List. They came the same day -and were on time (actually a bit earlier than estimated). Chris and Mike were very polite. They finished the job in 30-35 minutes. They cleaned up the mess from the old faucet and even offered to clean up the kitchen floor when they were done.

They were very fine. They were prompt, took care of the problem, it was assessed and they made some good suggestions. The price was excellent and fast. They were very professional.
