 + -1 moreJohn was the most professional inspector I have met. He laid out very clearly what he would do as well as his limitations (i.e. he is not a certified electrician). He explained everything in detail as the inspection progressed, and there were no surprises in the end. John found important safety issues that will be corrected by others prior to our move. I was very pleased with his courtesy and promptness. I can't sing his praises enough!
Description of Work: Thorough home inspection for the purposes of purchasing said house. A moderately detailed look into major systems of the home, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, foundation, structure, and heating.

Description of Work: Detailed home inspection. John did a very thorough job spending about 3 hours going through the house. We got a detailed report with all the items discussed at the inspection. Would definitely use Sherlock Homes again!!
