Description of Work: They identified my heating issues. Removed and replaced 2 pumps with something more efficient and also cleaned out the burners on my furnace.

 + -1 moreRycek contacted the renters directly after I made the work request. This saved me doing the and quot;middleman schedulingand quot;. The did the jobs on the same day, one after the other . after scheduling w/ the renters the contract notified me of the schedule in case I wanted to be there, also. My renters were happy w/ the work done and it did not disrupt their schedules. The bill was sent to me and all ended well.
Description of Work: The provider did a winter clean and check to two furnaces in a duplex we owned.
