 + -1 moreThey spoke with a lady she took my information and said she would return a call in a couple hours after she spoke with Amanda and I never heard back. I then left two more messages on there machine and still no return phone call. I'm glad they didn't in a way I found a wonderful cleaning service called Tri-City Cleaning who did a wonderful job

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean my entire house which I thought also meant washing the floors. It wasn't until they were gone that I noticed that the kitchen floor was still dirty. It looked like they quickly ran a wet mop over it without sweeping it first ( I have 2 dogs) and they didn't move my kitchen chairs and wash under the table. I then checked the rest of the floors and found they did not do the entry floor or the utility room either. I don't know if they ran out of time or were in a hurry to get out of my house or what was going on. I didn't even bother to call the office to report this because I was too busy getting ready for a party which is the only reason I had them come in the first place. I thought that having someone come and clean would save me time but I ended up having to clean the floors myself which kind of defeated the purpose. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed with that part of the job, but the rest was done very well. I do have to say that the price was pretty high for what they had to do. I had them clean the kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and one bedroom for $128.00 but they did give me a $1.00 discount because I didn't have them clean the other 2 bedrooms. WOW how generous.

 + -1 moreI came home excited to have my house clean and it was so filthy! None of the floors were even swept or mopped, toilets were dirty, mirrors were not done, and I was very disappointed. The manager was very accommodating but when the two girls came back the second time it was clear to me that they tried but seriously did not know how to clean. I am now looking for a new housecleaner. I did not realize that sweeping and mopping and cleaning toilettes was considered specialized services from Prime Shine. I do not feel after paying 127.50 I should have to hand hold these girls and keep continuing to point out the messes they were rushing to get through and was given excuse after excuse on how they had six houses to clean that day.

 + -1 moreHave had them every other week for 10+ years. Never had a serious problem. If the rare something gets overlooked by accident, Rachel will send them back the next day to take care of it. Never any damage to antiques, furnishings. They're bonded and insured. My home is 3 bedrooms, 2000 sq ft, built in 1896. They charge $75.50 per cleaning, which includes a pet fee (we have 2 dogs) - understandable, given their footprints alone!
Description of Work: Dust all horizontal surfaces. Sweep and mop vinyl floors. Vacuum carpets. Clean bathrooms. Wipe kitchen counters. Empty trash. They bring their own cleaning supplies and tools and vacuum.
