I came home excited to have my house clean and it was so filthy! None of the floors were even swept or mopped, toilets were dirty, mirrors were not done, and I was very disappointed. The manager was very accommodating but when the two girls came back the second time it was clear to me that they tried but seriously did not know how to clean. I am now looking for a new housecleaner. I did not realize that sweeping and mopping and cleaning toilettes was considered specialized services from Prime Shine. I do not feel after paying 127.50 I should have to hand hold these girls and keep continuing to point out the messes they were rushing to get through and was given excuse after excuse on how they had six houses to clean that day.

The cleaning service that was performed at your home on October 18th was done with a professional cleaning crew that cares about the homes they clean. We are always happy to take in feed back on a customer’s home and are more than willing to go back and take care of any cleaning problems that arise. We take pride in our cleaning and in our customer service. However, on occasion, we are not able to meet the standards of the customer, even though our employees have been professionally trained both individually and in training seminars. Our methods of programmed team cleaning are not always suitable for those who require more specialized services. We were more than happy to return that same day to take care of the few problems that your were concerned about. The crew had got the impression you were satisfied with the few cleaning re-do's after they asked you if everything was ok."

The cost depends on the size of the house. I think they are dependable. You can count on them to do what they say they are going to do.

Have had them every other week for 10+ years. Never had a serious problem. If the rare something gets overlooked by accident, Rachel will send them back the next day to take care of it. Never any damage to antiques, furnishings. They're bonded and insured. My home is 3 bedrooms, 2000 sq ft, built in 1896. They charge $75.50 per cleaning, which includes a pet fee (we have 2 dogs) - understandable, given their footprints alone!
