Proprietor answered phone promptly, said he would be here in 15 minutes, was here in 15 minutes, removed snow from driveway by machine and from walk by hand.  Good quality of work.  Had explained over phone that he would charge $40 because snowfall was heavy, but when I explained that I wanted him to be my permanent snow remover, he said that he would charge me only $30, but I paid him $40 anyway.
