Description of Work: I had wood flooring installed in the kitchen, dining area, and family room. It took awhile because several boxes of wood were not up to quality. They were replaced without a problem. I also had to wait because we ran out of wood due to improper calculation. The owner came and remeasured and ordered the wood. I did not have to pay extra.

 + -1 moreI went to O'Connors and Joan waited on me. She helped me choose the floor covering that would be best for me. Joan was helpful, friendly and made things easy. Mike came out and measured the room (and was also very gracious.) Gene and his team replaced the carpeting swiftly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves down to making sure all dust was off the molding. All around great experience.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced badly worn living room carpet. They also removed furniture and put it back.
