They were great getting an estimate to us, but we did experience some trouble after that. We gave them a check in the middle of summer and we had to schedule around snow falls by the time they finished doing the work. It was quality work at a good price, so high marks there. It wasn't completely cleaned up in the end, which was disappointing, and there were a number of balls dropped in the communication department. In the end, though, Mike was very concerned about our experience and talked things over with us even after all the work was done.
