Nora and Joe in the kitchen department were very helpful and professional in coordinating our bathroom remodel. As products arrived, they were stored in their back room so we didn't have all that stuff crammed in our garage for two months. We even got free delivery of all of it because we bought a stove for the kitchen. How weird is that? We found just about everything we needed for our project at Lowe's. We ordered quartz countertops and ran into a snag when their supplier reported a week before the project began that they had run out of the product we ordered. Luckily, our contractor had a fallback supplier and worked diligently to make it happen for us. We got our Benjamin Moore paint from Northeastern Paint because we wanted the best paint we could get for a damp bathroom area and felt it was worth it. Employees in each department were knowledgeable and helpful. Our only complaint came with cashiers who were sometimes pretty unfriendly and bored, but our overall experience was good. We checked out other similar stores but never found as much that we liked in one place and really didn't want to go to half a dozen different places.

My mother-in-law called me for help in finding a reputable company to install new windows in her older home. After she reviewd the print-outs I gave her of companies with good ratings from Angie's List, she chose Lowe's Home Improvement on Tittabawassee in Saginaw, MI. They were prompt and not pushy from the very start, and the enlisted contractor was just as promt and courteous. After the windows were ordered, Lowes continued to keep her abreast of the process. When the windows arrived, the contractor confirmed an install date, but closer to the time of installation, the weather was not favorable, so they chose another day which turned out to be a perfect one for the installation. It went quickly, and the clean-up was complete. The owner/contractor was very courteous, and made my elderly mother-in-law very comfortable. Lowe's customer service throught the process was exemplary.

We have used them for a couple of different homes. We are happy with them. The Valspar paint that they carry is top notch. They are able to match colors very good with the equipment that they have there. They periodically have sales; but when I paint, I like to make sure it's done right and with the best paint that I can get. I never had any issues with Lowe's that had cost me to have a bad feeling. I have been always happy with the paint. The availability and the people take care of the customer's there. They train them for us as well. It has been a good experience. I paid $31 for 1 gallon. It was a good paint. It was a satin paint. We had excellent luck with everything in Lowe's. They gave us stir and metal can.

It went very good. It was a high quality product and high quality work.
