I liked them a lot. He was very informative about a security lock that freezes up. He's the first locksmith that told me that I actually needed a different kind of lock there and that whoever installed the door used the wrong kind of screws and that I needed to have them come back and replace them. Other locksmiths just changed the key and went on. He also gave me some recommendations for other projects.
