Looked at the Spa and loved everything about it. Except the price. Salesman Tanner explained everything about the spa very well and was very well versed. Tanner gave me a price that was still too much but I loved the Spa so much after I thought about it overnight I decided to go for it. When I showed up and told him I wanted it, he said we have a slight problem, I quoted you the price for a 2008 model and all we have is the 2009 model left. It is $500 more!!!!!!!!!!!! I was starting to cry!! He then said he had a solution for me. I said lay it on me. he said he would give me a $500 gas voucher under the "go green program" which is a gas rebate program where you send in your gas reciepts every month and they send you a $50 gas card every month for 10 months. I didnt want to do it but agreed. for 8 months I sent in my reciepts for gas and did not recieve 1 gas card. I called them and they gave me the story that it "takes awhile" I then decided to google the rebate voucher company and found out in 30 seconds that they went bankrupt and went out of buisness!!! I called Lifestyles and told them about it and they said Oh sorry we have a new voucher program for $500 worth of groceries!! we will send it to you and you can get $500 worth of food. I agreed, and to this day one year later have not recieved anything from them. I'm fed up with thier sales antics and lies. I would never but from them again.
