They did a great job

I thought it would be a huge job. He had it fixed in 15 minutes, charged me $75 for the call. He saw another leak in the faucet, ordered a part and had that fixed in 5 business days for another $100, part included.

Adam called only a few hours after I placed a request on Angie's list. We set up an appointment at a time that worked for us. He arrived promptly to inspect the plumbing. He diagnosis and fixed the problem quickly. The price was fair and the service was excellent!

Great!! Adam Klenow returned our call immediately and came over to see what the problem was. He gave us an explanation of what needed to be done and researched and obtained parts that we did not have for the job. We were extremely satisfied with his work and the timeliness of his appointments. He was there when he said he would be, finished the job and even cleaned up! Would definitely recommend him!!

Prompt, professional service. I called in the morning to see if they could fit me in that day since a leaking faucet affects your water bill. He said he would check the schedule and call me back within 15 minutes - he did just that. The plumber arrived within the time period he said he would arrive. The price was fair and I also used the Angie's List coupon. I will use them again in the future for any plumbing issues in my home that may arise. I highly recommend this company.

Adam and his partner were very prompt and friendly. They were able to complete the work in a very timely manner. Adam also offers recommendations on things to change in the future as I stated that I would be looking to make changes to things next year after being in the home and finding what I really would like.

Everything went perfectly. Adam and his partner are awesome! So professional. Honest. Fair pricing. Go above and beyond to help with things. Adam calls back almost immediately when left a message. If he says they will be there at 9 am.. you can set your watch by it and he will be there on the dot. The main thing is that when he is done with the job, there are no worries that things might not have been done correctly. You can be confident that you have chosen the right company to do work in your home.

I have used Klenow and sons previously and have been very happy with their work . Adam Klenow was right on time. He had the toilet remounted, sealed and working properly in less than 30 minutes. He went downstairs below the leak in the basement, removed the ceiling tiles and doubled checked the pipes and seal. There have no further problems. If needed, will use him again.
