It couldn't have gone worse!  The flashing looks like a 5 year old did it, and there are gobs of caulk sealing it togehter.  Worst of all, THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED THE CHIMNEY!  About a month later we had a lot of rain, and we had leaking into our garage, which we have never had, in 16 years of living here.  We called the company, and they said they would call the next week.  When they called, they said it was from storm damage, and there would be a charge for them to come out.  Then they were going to call the manager, but didn't have his number!  The next day I called again and left 2 messages which were never returned.  So I found the managers number and called him, and he said he would send someone out.  Then they never showed, and I called again, and was told someone else would be coming.  I waited until 4, and called again, and was told to call the perosn myself.  I fianlly was able to get this person to show up.  He was able to find where the water was getting in, however we had no resolution as to how the problem was going to be resolved.  When he left I called the manager again, and all he has to say is not to worry!  Don't Worry!  I have water leaking where it never has before, I will worry until it gets fixed! 
I have since had to call other contractors and get bids to fix this mess, and complete the work that they were supposed to do.
