Thad did a thorough home inspection to see all the drywall repair that needed to be done and then understand the painting wanted in all the interior rooms. He provided a thorough written estimate by email and also provided a list of references when I asked him. I called several of the references and everyone was satisfied with the quality and value of the work. All them said that they would hire Thad again. He indicated at the initial visit that it would take about a week to ten days to complete all the work, given the numerous drywall repairs that needed to be done. Thad and Chris arrived promptly each day by 8:30 am and worked well into the afternoon, including until about 6 pm on the biggest painting day. We chose a different paint color for just each room of the house. We also chose to have the closets painted as well. The drywall wall repairs were excellent. You cannot tell where the repairs were made. They used two coats of paint in every room which had been part of the estimate. The painting work was also excellent. They were clean and there were no drips detected anywhere afterwards. While we have not had to call them back for any rework, Thad told us to call if we saw anything that was not right. We were very pleased with their service.
