Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. Greg, the salesperson checked on the job during installation and then came back after completion and went up on the roof to check the job. The installation crew were great guys and kept me updated each day on the progress and what they had done and what they still needed to do. They cleaned up after themselves each day and never left a mess. The whole job took 4 days.

They came to the house with their estimate and explained everything that was included in the estimate. The rep. was very through and there were no surprises at the end. Their workers were very nice and did a great job. They kept the yard clean as they were working so there wasn't any nails or shingles laying all over the place. They suggested a new skylight as ours was in need of repair, and did a great job replacing it with a new one. We are very happy with the new roof and skylight and are glad we went with Herbert Roofing. We can highly recommend them.

I was happy with it. It went good. It was a real bad job. Its an old house and they had to tear it. They were there promptly, everyday. They work hard. I thought they were high in price but I know it was an expensive job. Everybody wouldn't do the job, I have other people looked at it and they the one who said they could do it. They did good work.

It was very noisy from inside the house, but the roofers covered my landscaping with tarps, moved everything that was mobile a safe distance from the house, and were finished halfway through day three. I still find scraps of shingles and nails in my garden and other landscaping, but don't know how they could keep every particle from escaping. Overall I was pleased with the work and my roof looks great.

They were excellent and everything went very well. I had a great experience with them.

These guys are awesome. I have had them come out to repair our roof several times. From the office staff to the roofers, they are always prompt, professional, cost effective and nice.

They were incredibly professional. The crew was courteous and cleaned up their mess at the end of every day. They've been in business a long time. They're not the cheapest roofing company around, but you get what you pay for. They were always here on time and got the job completed when they projected they would. The roof looks great and I would hire them again.

My mother-in-law called me and asked if I knew of a reputable company to fix an ice damming problem she was having with her roof. I printed-off companies from Angie's list that had a good rating and left it up to her to call to set-up estimate times. She called Herbert Roofing, and they were very timely. In fact, it was a small fix in regard to the roof issue. She asked for attic insulation, and a couple of door replacements, and they were very happy to take care of that too. She didn't ever feel she was getting the run-around, and the owner himself attended to most her needs.

The roof is beautiful! Jake Maynard was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and thorough, answered all of our questions. The crew did an excellent job with cleanup. Our only complaint is they didn't call to schedule the installation when the shingles arrived, we called them. Also, our warranty paperwork didn't get submitted to GAF until we called to inquire about it 5 months later.

Excellent Experience, From the estimate (from year ago to recent estimate update) Explained everything and had a hard working crew that made short work of fixing it all up. The roof looks really nice not just my opinion but the neighbor and mailman's too. Everything was neat and clean when they left you never would have known how much junk they tore off the roof. Happy customer here.

They've been excellent. They clean up good. They were prompt. They did a good job. The price was good. That is was why we went with them. I would definitely use them in the future.
