I called Halm on Friday afternoon, left a message, and received a return call later that day. They came out on Monday morning, and 45 minutes later, the tank was drained. No more seepage. I also had to have a new piece of pipe fitted inside the tank.

I can't explain how impressed I am with Helm's. I called them up using Angie list went to a voice mail with a cell phone number to contact. Called the cell phone and owner answered. Explained what I needed and where I was located and he said he be there in an 1 1/2 hours. They showed up exactly on time and went right to work. They had my septic drained in no time and we're very friendly. These guys are great I would highly recommend them.

The service went well. They were fast and they were not here for an extensive period of time. They did it fairly quickly. It seemed to be cleaned up afterwards and we did not have any problems.
