I have used Genuine (2) times now to clean the carpets in my house. Once last September when my daughter was born, and once this past January when I got a new dog. He always does an excellent job, takes his time, moves the furniture and is very friendly and professional!

When I went to visit my mother this past fall, I realized how badly her carpets needed to be cleaned. I live in Rhode Island so was not sure who would be the best company to hire for the job. So I did some research and then called Genuine Carpet Cleaning to get a feel for their approach to the project. Jason was very informative about the cleaning process he uses and the cost. I was impressed that he guarantees his work and takes pride in what he does. My mother said he was professional, well spoken and on time. She also said she felt as if she had new carpeting. Thank you Jason for a job well done.
