GDM Garage Door Service

It went well. Chris was able to complete the maintenance in about 40 minutes and there was a lot wrong with the unit and the door.

The job was looked at 1/2 hour after I contacted him as he was on his way back from a job and would be going right by my house. I left work to run home and meet with him - this was a Thursday. He did an estimate for the work to be done, I thought it was fair and resonable. He told me he could be there the following Tuesday at 8:30 and it would take roughly 3 hours. He came as I was heading to work, when I returned at lunch time, the work was done, the garage was locked up andmy garage door worked again and he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend!

I called GDM on Friday afternoon. Chris returned my call a few minutes later and was at my house within a half an hour. He replaced the broken springs and did a quick inspection and lubrication of all the garage door components. I couldn't be happier with the result. Chris is a great guy and an expert in his field. I won't need Angie's List the next time I have garage door problems; I'm calling GDM!

Chris called me back on a Saturday evening after hours and came out first thing Sunday morning. He completed the work very quickly and was very honest about the condition of my opener and informed me how I could save money.

Chris is very professional and punctual. We've used GDM in the past to replace springs at our rental. He came out immediately and fixed the springs. His service then led to us using him at our house to replace cables. Only one cable was frayed but he replaced both at no extra cost. He was willing to come out after hours however we told him to come in the morning. It's nice to know he can be available in a pinch. I will always be using GDM going forward.

Chris is professional, cordial and knowledgeable! His prices are competitive and his work is unsurpassed. He had my garage door working within an hour and took the time to answer my (sometimes silly) questions!! :) Quality with a capital 'Q'. Thank you, Chris!

Chris showed up on time. He was able to fix my existing opener.He could have told me it was junk and sold me a new one, but he didn't. I wouldn't have know the difference. He didn't he just fixed the old on. Bless him ! He was fast and fair with his pricing.

Went very smoothly. Explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Gave me tips on how to maintain myself, as well as information on upgrading automatic door opener myself if I choose, or to have him come back to install it for me.

Fast and efficient

It went very well. Rick is very personable and pleasant. Clean and prompt. He cleaned up the work site and removed all of the old doors and tracks and springs, and reconnected the door openers. Rick didn't try to sell anything that wasn't wanted. In fact I wanted something more expensive than what he recommended. My experience was very positive.

Chris was exactly on time, he removed old door opener, installed the new opener including wiring needed for sensors and control box. He offered to take the old unit away. Fully cleaned up, showed us how to use the unit and did his usual great job.

Chris provided incredible service. Our garage door broke on a cold, snowy Saturday morning. Chris came out within an hour of my call, assessed the problem in 10 minutes, came back a few hours later with the parts and fixed it. On a Saturday. in the cold and snow. Just great!
