I called Gaertner Pest Control and they listened to my concerns and called me back to set up an appointment. He gathered information about my situation ahead of time so that he was prepared with the proper materials when he came to my home. He gave me some additional reading materials on pest control and explained what he would be doing and why. I felt like I understood his process and also at what point I should call again if I had further issues. He worked with the help of his wife. They were both very friendly and efficient. I liked knowing that I was supporting a local family business.

I recently moved into this house and wanted to make sure I did not have an insect pest problem, such as ants. Mr Gaertner arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He inspected the garage, basement and exterior of the house. He was very thorough and discussed his findings and recommendations in detail. He also discussed the products, how they work and any impact on building maintenance (such as power washing around the areas treated) he explained that I needed to keep my dog away from the sprayed areas until they were dry.
I was very pleased with the service and will call Gaertner Pest Control again, as needed.
