Very helpful people at the service counter. However, they charged me $40 for what I know to be a $15 part. I needed it to fix my AC unit in this 90 degree heat, so I had to do what I had to do. Nevertheless, I will never call them for an estimate and will do business elsewhere in the future.

The technician messed around for 30 minutes. Told us the furnace was installed wrong, it was probably our duct work, maybe we should look at that ourselves, asked us what we thought was wrong etc, walked all over my new carpet with wet boots. He reset the furnace, it ran for 12 hours and then we had no heat again. The company wanted to send him out again for 45.00 per half hour. We went with a different company who had no problem replacing the control board which was the cause of the problem. The company has not returned our phone call about this , so I can not recommend GW to anyone.

GWH regularly does business at this location and I've had to use them before so I told her to call them. They seemed to be very honest.

Not positive about price paid but two other quotes tried to take advantage of the 92 year old and sell him more than he wanted or needed.

They have been servicing our building for several years. I do not have a description from beginning to end of any one specific service call example.

The installers came on time. removed old furnace and put in new furnace and AC unit. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Also I believe they were very reasonable compared to other providers that I have seen on Angie's List

They are wonderful. We have used them for forty years. We are very happy with them.
