Auto Tires
Dropped off my car to replaced the tires. I had a Firestone card a 2 years ago. The employee said that the finance.company turns off the card after 2years. He did not have access to my account at the store to erase my card record off my account and the one that had it left for the day. He called the finance company and had the card enacted. Only issue I had was that the person certified to do alignment left early so I had to come back.

I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change and took my car to the Firestone in front of the mall. It didn't take any longer than any other shop, but when they sent the tech out to tell me I had other problems, I knew I had a problem. The guy said he had done a "courtesy check" of the car and found that my brakes were in dangerously poor condition. Since I'd had them checked and adjusted by the dealership just six weeks before, I knew it wasn't true. I told him I just wanted the oil change I'd come in for.
When I got home I told my husband about what seemed like a bait-and-switch and he reminded me that we've had this happen before at this Firestone store. I don't trust them and won't go there again.
