We had a major remodeling project which turned out to be done quite poorly. Ultimately we had to bring in other contractors to complete and/or redo much of the work. Even the work that was done most often require constant vigilance and multiple return visits. To name some, but not necessarily all issues, see below: 1) Kitchen cabinets were not properly secured, doors were not properly aligned, and knobs were installed out of position. 2) A wall plug was installed directly behind the gas cook-top. 3) The toilet was not tightened. 4) The entire shower enclosure had to be removed and replaced to stop water leakage under the bathroom floor. 5) The water line for the refrigerator wasn't connected. 6) Washer and dryer was installed too far from the wall. 7) After putting holes in the ceiling for kitchen hanging lights he determined that he couldn't align the selected lamps. The holes had to be filled, and the ceiling repainted.
