Very poor communication for a very long process. Project came in almost 9% over budget. Many items drastically underbid or ignored from the initial proposal

they came when they said they were going to come.  great crew.  Were out of there in 2 days for this small room

Very good! They were very focused on seeing that the work was done right and to our satisfaction. When a problem arose they went the extra mile to see that all was resolved to our satisfaction.

We had a very good experience with Eurich's Home Improvement.  Mike was a pleasure to have In our home.  His work was top quality, he was always on time and cleaned up every thing each day when he left the job. It is a family business and we were treated very well by everyone that we came in contact with.  Some years back, Eurich's replaced our roof.  We would certainly have them again for any home improvement.  We were very satisfied.

.I was worried that this would be a difficult job since the only experience I had was with my brother' who could not do this for me this time.  I knew he knew what to do but was worried about hiring someone else.  I shouldn't have worried.
They have installed walk-in tubs before and knew just what to do.  Only a few minor glitches.  They kept me informed
about all the steps as they did them.  They also took the time to explain several things about operating the tub that
the manual did not explain clearly.
Work was finished in only three days.  During those days they kept mess to a minimum and left everything clean
each night.
Ie specially appreciated the time they took to explain things about these tubs to me.  I would definitely hire them again.

They did an excellent job.  They were able to answer all of my questions along the way.  I feel that they went above and beyond.  The workers were very pleasant.  I met with the owners before the job and they were very nice.  I even received a copy of their license.

This project went extremely well, from the initial contact to discuss the project to the last little finishing up detail. The people at Eurich were helpful, prompt, concerned about my satisfaction, and did a beautiful job from start to finish. My kitchen was gutted, a wall removed, then the whole thing was put back together. Bob, the project manager coordinated the various workmen: cabinet maker, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, dry wallers, floor people and delivery men to make the most of the time and get the project done in a very timely manner. Sherry, one of the owners, was a great help when with picking out the counter top and other design elements. Joe and Mike, the carpenters, were clearly invested in doing the best job possible and making everything look the best it could. When occasional glitches and concerns came up, as I'm sure happens in every project, everyone involved did there best to solve the problem in a timely and satisfying manner. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

It went great. They were very friendly and approachable. They made sure to clean up everyday. They were very thorough and efficient when it came to their work. Their attention to detail was phenonemal. If there were any issues, they made sure to correct it immediately. They made sure to listen to all the questions and concerns I had with the project.

They weren't the cheapest but they gave us extremely honest opinions. They prevented me from having future problems around my new chimney. Very professional, well equipped, and experienced. They were on time and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with the job.

Everything went as expected. They showed up on time and finished the next day (only because it rained).

They guys that did the work were very helpful and stood behind us to make sure the door was ordered correctly the second time. We would like to work with them again because the service guys were incredibly nice and we do need another door replaced. I think the service guys deserve all A's.

The work was pretty good. It was supposed to have been done in a week but it took them about a month and a half to finish up. They did good work but it was really expensive. I wish I would have may be gotten estimates from some other companies before I went with them. The workers were nice. It just took a little longer than what I had expected. The main lady at the front desk was pretty bad and she did use swear words while we were talking. She swore a lot, I could hear it loud and clear. All the other workers that came in to work were wonderful. The sales man was very nice. He was very professional. I probably wouldn't recommend them because they didn't stick to the schedule. I would not use them again.

Work was on time. cleaned up daily after work. Excellent workmanship.
