I'd give them an "A" overall.  I would use them again.

Told them machine was showing code that door switch was bad. 1st appointment they showed up without part and verified it needed a switch. Service tech informed me they aren't allowed to schedule follow up appointments less than five business days out. Due to bad replacement part a master control board was tried a week later but not needed. Finally another week later installed good door switch but failed to remove charge for control board from my charge card. The entire process took over a month from my initial call.

Great! Turns out we didn't have a problem after all. Price quoted was price charged. I did have to wait a week, but it was well worth it. What I didn't know, is that they warranty their work for 90 days. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. Though I would have liked it to take less time, it all worked out great.

He had loads of customers ahead of me so had to wait..but it was worth it.  Solved my problem so I did not have to buy a new machine.

I smelled a burning smell coming from my dryer and figured this can not be good. I called Krygier to come out and take a look and they identified it right not he spot. They said my motor had seized and they would have to order me a new one. When the part came in they called me and came out right away to replace it. They were courteous and very knowledgable, I would highly recommend.

You do have to wait some time to get them to come out, but when they do come out they are very efficient and are reasonably priced.

The service man was very responsive, competent and professional once GE finally delivered the parts for this 7 year old dishwasher. Based upon the very slow response by GE we will not be purchasing GE appliances in the future but we will use Ernie Krygier SVC if needed in the future.

Always prompt, on time per appointment.  Service personnel are well trained, personable and skilled.  They are capable of repairing any brand and also do all service for some retail stores.

The repair went extremely well. The serviceman was polite and professional. The response time in getting the part and finishing the repair was fantastic. We have used them in the past for repairs on our Samsung microwave and refrigerator. Plan to use them for all repairs, warranty or not.

Was prompt, great personality and did the work in short order, replaced defective part, left old part and made sure dryer was working perfectly before he left. We have used them 3 times in the last year and would highly recommend their service. They have worked on our dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Could not fix the washing machine, but showed my wife how to use the washing machine to bypass the defective part and saved us from the expense of replacing the washing machine.

We are always very pleased with them and they were very good.
