Countryside Window & Door was founded right here in Michigan in 2005 with the intentions of breaking the mold. Believing that the highest quality products and superior workmanship will craft a reputation our customers will want to talk about, our reputation is built with every window we install. Even the highest quality installation can be tarnished by tracking mud into your home during those rainy Michigan springs or snow during the long Michigan winters. "This job, unfortunately, was installed by a subcontractor. It had 2 specific doors that were not something we typically installed so we sought outside help. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE USED A SUBCONTRACTOR. Since then our employees have been properly trained for this new product line and we've had no problems since. We were horrified when we saw that we had a negative review online, since that has never happened in the 13 years we've been in business. Fortunately we were able to resolve the issues, aside from the customer feeling like we treated them like they were not being honest with us. This was a huge misunderstanding, which is why we made up for it by installing 2 new windows for free. We did have an ordering issue with the storm doors which is why it took so long. Unfortunately we were at the mercy of the manufacturer and sincerely apologize for the long wait. The $20,000 price listed by the customer, for some reason, includes interest on the loan. The actual sale price is roughly half that. When having to stretch a loan out in order to achieve an affordable payment interest adds up quickly. $20,000 is what the total cost is to the customer if they only make the minimum payment for the entire term."
