Two major jobs, 4 minor repairs - excellent work! Quick response w/ quote and when work was done; very fair price; work took 1 day for the sump pump and minor jobs & the next day the back-up pump was installed (in case I lose electrical power) Mr. Boertman was professional, friendly, punctual and did a very good job. I highly recommend this firm. Note: I am writing this now instead of right when the work was completed because I have not previously used the Angie's List site.

I called them on a Sunday and they were there Monday morning right when they said they would be. They worked as a father and son team. I was a little apprehensive at first because the father said they were really busy and were going to only fix the immediate leak after pointing out another spot of corrosion about 8 feet down the pipe from the main problem. I said that I would rather have it all fixed to prevent another issue in the immediate future. The father started to say no, but the son said that they could fix it with only 10 more feet of pipe and that it was possible to do today. As the son started the work, the father went to purchase the supplies. They replaced 20 feet of copper pipe and only charged $35.00 for material - a very good price. The son also identified another budding leak above my furnace and fixed that as well. All in about an hour. They only charged $95.00 for labor. The son also took initiative to inspect the crawl space and confirmed that everything looked good. I was very happy with the price and quality of work. I will be using Boertman Plumbing for future needs and I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

Had a water heater burst in my rental house in Saginaw. Called Boertman and they came out same day and looked it over and told me I needed a new water heater. They showed up the next morning to install it. Could have gotten it a little cheaper through home depot etc. but was much more hassle free with Boertman.

I appreciated him getting to it right away.

Had to wait a day for part and schedule two visits

I called and Mr. Boertman Sr. was at my door within 15 min. He was nice enough to go get the new garbage disposal for me. When replacing the old one he noticed that some wires were exposed on the power cord. Upoon further examination, it became clear that the power cord needed to be replaced. The protective covering around the wires was very brittle. Considering that this could have caused a fire, I am grateful that he found the problem. Again, he was willing to head to the hardware store and get the new power cord. Mr. Boertman was kind, courteous and professional. I appreciated his attention to detail, speedy work and honesty. Thank you Mr. Boertman!!

They charged me for not doing anything. I would not recommend him.

He was on time, prompt in response, and fixed the problem.

I left an e-mail for him at about 9 p.m. I received a follow up call the next morning at about 8:45. He discussed possible issues and said he would call later the same day to let me know he was on the way. At noon he called and said he was leaving a job and would be there soon. He arrived within 15 minutes and promptly repaired the sump pump at the lower end of his over the phone evaluation. He was very professional and efficient.

They did great work. I haven't had any leaks since he came to my house.

They were great. He was on time, very nice and professional. Everything was fine. His price was more than fair, were very well as a matter of fact to other landscaping companies. We were pleased with it. The timing was good. We got it scheduled within the week. It was a good experience all around.

I called him for an estimate, and he gave me one over the phone, explaining my options, and the cost for each. We set up a date for him to come and do the work. The day he came went very well. He arrived early. He finished the work in less time than he originally estimated. He worked well, accomplished what we had asked him to do and the installation looked very well done. I would hire him again for any other plumbing issues I might need help with.

.He was prompt and fit me in seen as it was my sump pump and didn't want my basement to flood. He showed me my options and explained them both and the cost. I went ahead and had him replace the pump completely. He had the work done and cleaned up in less then a hour. His price was reasonable and had it done and cleaned up quickly. I will most deff. call him again for any plumbing work I need done. I was very happy and felt that his prices were more then fair.

Boertman repaired and replaced the leaking pipe at a reasonable price.

He did come out and was punctual. He did one minor repair for us and took care of that very quickly. We also needed him to replace a faucet on the bathroom sink in our half-bath, and because of his bad back, he wasn't able to get on the floor and underneath the small cabinet, so he couldn't do that. I appreciated his honesty.

Craig Boertman was professional, friendly and did a great job. I would gladly hire Boertman plumbing again.

It was a really great experience. I spoke to the lady on the phone at the office who was very courteous and professional, and she said he was out on a few calls, but that she would call him and see when he could make it over to our home and would call us back. She called within 15 mins and said he could make it over in the afternoon. He called before he came as he had finished his other appointments. He was professional, honest, and easy to talk to and answered every question I had. What I thought would be a big job and very expensive turned out to be only 5 to 10 minutes and it was all fixed. He also found that our hot water heater shut off valve was loose and fixed that also while he was at our house. He charged me half price as he was only here about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. I think he provided quick service at a fair price, which is a rarity this day and age.

I called them and they were here 2 hours later. I've used them before and I will use them in the future. They've been in business many years and have always been dependable. They do very good work and a reasonable price.

He was there within about an hour. The repair went very well as usual. Very fast, expert service is routinely provided. He is the plumber I always call. He delivers excellent service every time.
