I am more than impressed with Billy's service I've received so far and I intend to call Billy's first for my future needs.  Billy's advised me of my options well providing me with the services I needed to correct all of my problems I needed solutions for at the time and did so without promoting more costly options as most other contractors tend to do.  Even when government (taxed) responsibilities are the failures, what government can't or won't do, I'll call Billy's next since Billy's has proven to me that they can and will do what others wouldn't (2 other contractors never showed up before I called Billy's) and the services I've received from Billy's have been reasonably priced, done professionally to an exemplary quality standard and within the time period promised.  When I'm ready for the additional desired work to be done, I feel calling anyone else first would be a waste of my time and money and I believe Billy's is the only call I need to make since "call Billy's first" comes with performance of exceptional value that is far more than a slogan, they care.

Had the best sizes. We used a 20 yead one. They were always on time. Great customer service over the phone. Really nice people. We had it for 14 days.

They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate which was reasonable considering the size and mixture of the pile. While they were here, it started to rain and they were unable to smooth out the area. Billy himself called us to say that he knew they needed to 'butter it up' and asked if we would please call when the ground dried out enough to drive the heavy equipment on it again. The only complaint I have is that it took them two weeks to return to remove the pile after the initial estimate.
