 + 0 moreThe crew, everyone who came here, were easy to work with; kept me informed every step of the way and cleaned up after themselves. While I am happy the job is now done I am rather missing their smiling faces and banter.|My only caveat would be to start the process very early. My only experience with contractors would be hiring a roofer or window installers. I first talked to Mr. Bailey |about my plans in April of 2012 and work did not begin until March of 2013. Perhaps that is normal lead time but I wasn't expecting it. It did give me a lot of time to fine tune though.
Description of Work: The crew, led by Rob Bartosiewicz, removed my crumbling mid 70s fireplace and replaced it with an efficient gas log fireplace, which they constructed in place. We did an entire overhaul of the kitchen, eating area and family room. Windows were added to bring some much needed light to my north facing room. We added cabinets in the family room and kitchen, added a second access to the back yard onto the new tile floor rather than |having only access from outside onto carpeting. New lighting was installed throughout the areas, new flooring throughout and new countertops in the kitchen. We doubled the size of our patio and stamped and stained it.|
