They sent out a representative, he was one of the finest persons I have ever met. He didn't hide anything. He didn't try to entice us with discounts; it wasn't until we signed the contract that they went over discounts available. We were very impressed with him. We recommended him to friends and they had a similar great experience. We would not hesitate for a minute to go back to them. We've had these windows for 2 years now and have not had one situation where we've had to call them back. They were very professional. He laid out the approximate time frame, they had to build the windows, and everything went like clockwork.

I was pretty happy with Anderson. They did good work for me. I think they are a little pricey. They're a large company though. They did come back to do one adjustment after they had finished for us so their follow up is what I would call good. I would call myself pretty satisfied and this is a company I would consider using in the future.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEY WINDOWS THAT THEY INSTALLED. THEY WERE NOT THE KIND THAT I TOLD THEM I WANTED, AND THEY DID NOT EVEN INSTALL THEM GOOD. THEY ARE DRAFTY AND THERE ARE GAPS IN BETWEEN THE TRIM AND THE DRYWALL.
