ABC Plumbing

Arrived on time and was available very quickly.  He was cordial and explained repair options.  I appreciate the fact that he explained the least expensive cost would fix the more serious problem,(washer would not spin) but would spin when open.  I could have chose the more expensive way, so the washer would not spin when the top is open.  He let me make that decision,not all repairmen would be so honest or release all of the options.  It was so much less, and the washer is so old, I chose the least expensive, it was $60, and well worth it.

The secratary mistakenly failed to inform me I needed to have the money on spot when they arrived. She even apologized for this mistake but the owner had the plumbers who were working on my home just leave on the job because I didn't have the money right then. I was never told to have the money that day. I spoke with them for two weeks before the job and yet still, nothing was mentioned. They even had the nerve to send me a bill for the work they never completed. My plumbing is now in worse shape than before they came.
