They did an amazing job cleaning siding, eavestrough, and a concrete patio. Polite guys and on time. Very price friendly.

They were prompt, and courteous, did a very good job. A walk through following completion would have been helpful to explain stain areas that could not be removed, and there was 1 small area of siding that was loose. Overall though they did a great job!!

They did arrive on time and were kind and. However, they only power washed areas of the house that they could easily reach. The deck was very streaky and after it dried, it looked pretty bad. They also power washed off one piece of siding and the under insulation was totally hanging out. They never told me about the damage. They did not fix it. I did not notice it for a couple days when bees were entering the damaged siding.

The deck on the house we bought in 2018 had never been maintained since it was built in 1991. Central Surface Cleaning power washed it and brought it back to life. The wood is clean and wood-colored again where it was once gray and dried out. Thanks to Central Surface Cleaning for a job well done!
