Snow Removal
I called Worry Free because we are currently closing on a bank owned home in Royal Oak that has not been plowed for most of the winter. When I asked the lady who answered the phone about getting a quote for the snow removal, she laughed and said that they are really busy so she was going to have to say no to removing the snow at the house. I mentioned that it didn't even have to be done until sometime next week if they were that busy, as I am in no rush to get it done today. I was still told that they were too busy. When I asked her if she could refer me to another company in the area that might be able to help me out, the lady at Worry Free told me to ask someone in our neighborhood. I have no idea what the quality of their work is, but because of the deplorable service I received when asking for a quote, I will never go to them for any of my property maintenance needs.

Lawn Service
I really like the job they do on my lawn each week. They take the time to make sure it is done right and even blow off any debris that is around. I like knowing that they are going to show up each week.

THE COMPANY WAS POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THERE WERE VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE COMPARED TO THREE OTHER QUOTES. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKED GREAT.
