Mike is always very responsive. He is prompt in returning calls, he delivers on time and, most-importantly, his firewood is good quality.

Very well. They were very efficient and did a good job. Also cleaned up very well.

Late Friday night the tree fell on my house during a wind storm.  I called that night after getting the referral from a friend.  They were here early the next morning to assess the damage and what work needed to be done.  Next day 3 men arrived with all needed machinery.  They cleaned up and picked up as the work progressed.  The insurance company told me to keep a few of the cut logs on the ground and not to grind the stump until the adjustor did his inspection.  As soon as the adjustor did his inspection, I called and Mike and/or Tad came out to complete the clean up.  During the time right after the wind storm we got snow so the adjustor had to re-book a week forward.  Tad and Mike came over to assure the tarp kept covering the holes in the roof.  What professionals!  They were clean, no smoking, no cussing, no procrastination, came out to do a service, started it immediately, and left no debris behind.  I've worked with a lot of contractors and service people in my career and it was a pleasure to work with Woodsman.
