The dealer wanted to replace the front and back brakes and their cost was $600. At top tech they realized the back brakes were still good and didn't need to be replaced. They called to inform me of this because I had asked them to replace front and back brakes. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They were very honest by telling me that only the front brakes needed replacing, because I had already given consent to replace both front and back. This saved me a great deal of money. They are always very courteous and kind. Our entire family uses top tech.

I would give them a rating of 1000 plus. They have worked on my Honda and my Chevy pickup. They replaced the engine for me in my Chevy pickup. They are totally honest and responsive. They are friendly. They are the best people, I would recommend them to anybody. I recommended them to 2 of my sons and several other people and they have all had the same experience.
When they changed the motor in the truck they also replaced the radiator, all the belts, all the fluids in the axles and everything. A lot of that is extra and they just thought that they should do that while they put the new engine in. They didn't charge me for some of the extras, they just noticed it. They called and they said well we are working on your car and we noticed that the radiator is the original radiator. I really don't want to charge you for a whole new one. You really don't need one but I'll tell you what, if you want me to put it in you give me the word and I'll put it in for cost, I won't charge you any labor for changing the radiator. I said, fine, put it in if you think it needs it. They are just totally honest people. On top of that, they rotated the tires. They didn't charge me. They said we always do that, the tires looked a little worn on the outside so we moved them around and then when they got it all put together they ran it through the car wash.
I've used them 4 or 5 times on both of my cars. Every experience has been the same. They are totally honest with you, they don't try to upsell you, they just do what needs to be done and then they do more. If they find something, they just do it and don't charge you for it.

First of all I have known these guys for years and they have always been up front and honest about all the details of work I need done. They are incredibly knowledgable and always get the job done quickly. They go above and beyond. This last service call was when I got a nail in my tire. No sooner had they spotted the nail than they had my spare on and were ordering me a new tire. It was in that evening! I will never go anywhere else.

I have had several repairs done at Top Tech over the years. The really now cars and do great work for reasonable prices, less expensive than the dealerships. They are not cheap however but I have owned several high mileage cars and one thing I have learned is a cheap repair will cost you a lot more in the long run. You need someone like Top Tech who will do it right the first time.
