He is very skilled, and seems to be a perfectionist.  I felt that he did a great job, and he also gave me a reasonable price.

Tom was a pleasure to have here. He worked quietly and efficiently and kept the work area very clean.

I had several issues I needed to have fixed. I accidentally tried to put a teaspoon down my garbage disposal and after that, the darn thing just wouldn't work. I would turn it on, it would make noise but no motion. Also, my bathroom vanity drain had been leaking in the wall for some time. And lastly, the bathtub drain was leaking but I couldn't locate the spot to fix it. Dale came over, took a look at the disposal and said he could fix it instead of replace it. Yahoo. Next he took a look at the bathroom. I was concerned that the vanity would have to be removed because it is a pedestal sink, which I was told would be about $200.00 by itself, but again, Dale came to my rescue and said he could fix the drain without removing the sink. Dale spent about 45 minutes in the bathroom, fixed everything and I didn't even know he was in there. He was so quiet and tidy. He even let my dog steal his plumbers putty 3 times. And it turns out my bathtub drain isn't leaking but the insert needs some caulking to eliminate the leaking. Dale even explained very thoroughly what I needed to do. I am super-wonder impressed and can't wait for my next plumbing emergency(just kidding).

Tom surveys the job completely before making estimates. He is very thorough and never changes the estimate. You know the price beforehand. He is always punctual; very clean and careful in the work space, and leaves it that way. He seems to understand the best way to accomplish the job; totally trustworthy in addition to being a very nice human being. Tom has worked for us in three homes over time.
