I am a union-trained, highly skilled, and experienced contractor with over 25 years of experience in the building trades. I am an expert in a wide range of upgrade, repair, and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, doors, cabinets, painting, flooring, drywall, and more. I work both in residential and commercial projects and I use only the best materials and tools to ensure high-quality workmanship and long-lasting results. I believe in providing affordable services without compromising on quality. I offer upfront competitive pricing so you know exactly what to expect. My standard hourly rate is $100 for the first hour (my minimum) and then $30 for each additional 30 minutes of labor. On some projects, once on site, I might offer a flat rate fee. This is especially true on larger projects where upfront pricing is necessary, or on standard projects such as door installations, ceiling fans, or new faucets. Also, I am happy to pick up and deliver most material on an hourly basis or you can provide it yourself to save on my labor time. All material costs are to be paid by the customer.
