 + -1 moreI met with a representative from the company at my new retail storefront. I was requesting a quote for a new awning with my business logo, etc. So days later I received an email from him with the written quote and a very bad picture of the proposed new awning. So when I tried to reach out to the representative, he would not answer my calls (left voice mails) and emails. It has been two weeks now and literally have not heard anything from him or the company. My biggest question is why waste my time and your companies time?
Description of Work: Came to my new place of business, not residential for an awning quote. However when I received the quote through email, I wanted to go over the proposed quote. However I have tried calling (left voice mails) and emails, and yet to ever get a response. So to me, this is horrible and poor customer service. He literally could be costing his company thousands of dollars if him/they continue on this path.

Description of Work: This company restitched an awning that came with my house when I bought it several years ago. Some of the stitching came loose so I took the awing to this company because they were the original manufacturer. They did a great job of repairing the awning and were able to look up its original specifications from old hand written records by looking up my address. When the stitching was complete they contacted me promptly for pick up. When I picked it up they provided me with a winter storage bag for the awning and instructed me on how the care for it so it would last longer. Overall the service was great. I will use them again and have recommended them to my neighbors.

 + -1 moreOverall I do not think the job was done to my satisfaction. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. My hushand and his son had to fix several holes and complete the job.
Description of Work: This company was very responsive during initial estimate. After they got down payment however they did not work up to their presentation. Commumication very poor and they ignored all our requests for service and follow up. I had a surgery planned and ask a week before that they wait until we were home as the hospital was out of town. They agreed and did not follow through. No one was at the house when awnings were removed and new ones installed. If my neighbor hadn't stopped the installer he planned to take old material with him without consent. When I called and spoke to them over the phone the lady laughed at my issues and stated "Well we are not going to take them down" My husband and his son had to complete the job and fix issues they left. I feel the company is dishonest with the customer and does not care about service recovery.

 + -1 moreDarren came out to measure and give me an estimate on April 23. He promised that I would have the awning complete and installed for Memorial Weekend. In several weeks, they came and built the metal frame on my deck. Then they measured for the awning, went back and had it sewn. They brought the awning and installed it on Friday of Memorial Weekend.
