R L GREEN CONSTRUCTION INC

It has been almost 6 years since the roof was replaced on our house and garage, and it is still looking great. I will include a recommendation I sent to a friend who was looking for some roof work below. Our experience was great.

I used Ron Green of Ron Green Construction (248.705.1258). I was pretty darn happy with him. He seemed like an honest guy and no shenanigans during the process. My only real complaint was that when the guys he used to deliver the shingles (he was not there) were unloading the stuff onto the roof, they were just throwing the bags down hard and it actually cracked the plaster on the ceiling upstairs a bit. I had someone come and fill those up, which cost a little bit (had to fix the water damage in the front room anyway). Ron actually knocked a few bucks off the price of the roof in compensation though. There were a lot of bad boards on theroof that needed replacing once they had everything torn up.
They finished house & garage in 2 days, which seemed very fast to me. He seemed like an honest guy, and was punctual. I'm very happy with how it looks and we've had no problems so far. The garage was really jacked up & you can see from the inside that he replaced a very large amount of wood.

Back in the summer of 2010, we had called to get estimates for new gutters, trim and soffets on our house. We collected several bids and decided to go with RL Green. They were very professional, courteous and completed the work in just a couple of days. It turned out so good, when it came time that we wanted to side our garage, we called them for a quote again and had a wonderful experience again. Very professional, timely and within budget.  I would highly recommend RL Green.

I was faced with somewhat of an emergency situation when ice build up brought down a gutter. The gutter was bent, twisted and part of it was still attached to the house. I called Green Construction and within a few hours my gutter was straighten and reattached. I will be probably be using them to replace all of the gutters on my home in the spring.

We couldnt have found a better contractor than these people. Not only did they do the main roof for this price, but they also did the garage and all the gutters. I was very impressed by the sheer quality of their work and they cleaned up as if they were never there. I highly recommend them.

Ron came over, measured each doorway and then gave us a price to hang them. We were buying the doors ourselves, so he listed everything that we needed to buy. He took on another job in the meantime, but as soon as he finished the other job, he came over and installed the doors and trim. He even came back at a later date and installed a peep hole for me.

They arrived as scheduled, did the job and cleaned up the mess. I had wanted to paint an aluminum overhang, so Ron came back a few days later and re-hung it. They removed all the old gutters and left everything clean.

THEY WERE NOT THE HIGHEST OR LOWEST IN PRICE, BUT THEY WERE HONEST. THEY WERE ON TIME WITH EVERYTHING AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THE JOB.
