Initial contact was a little rocky; as it took about a week before I heard back from Carrie and Vicki after I left my initial voice mail. I gave them my address and they informed me that they would come out for some measurements and then email me a quote the following week. I ended up waiting 2 weeks without a quote, so I called them back to follow-up. After the follow-up, I promptly received my quote. The only work I was wanting done was just the mulch replaced in my front and side yards. 
Although the communication was a bit spotty at the start, everything else from Carrie and Vicki were TOP NOTCH. They were punctual on our agreed appointment time, and they did wonderful work on my yard (I'm on a corner lot, so I have a decent amount of landscaping). Even though I was only interested in the mulch being delivered and spread, they also did maintenance on my yard; including weeding, pruning, and dead-heading. They even weeded the flower beds on my porch and under the windows that I've neglected this season. Also edged the beds nicely. A very generous amount of high quality work done at a price that was about half of what I was quoted from more prominent competitors (Vinsetta Gardens, Leone Services, etc). I would highly recommend Personal Touch Gardening and will use them in the future.

Exactly as quoted.  Showed up right on time.  Had 6 people who worked very hard while they were here.  Very nice and knowledgeable.  Somebody did pull up a sad excuse for a poppy plant that wasn't making it anyway.  Overall just terrific.

They responded quickly to my initial call, showed up when they said they would, demonstrated a good knowledge of what they were being asked to do, and quoted us a fair price.  On the appointed day, they showed up promptly when they said they would and were ready to work.  They did neat and clean work, and did more than they were aksed.  From beginnng to end they were professionals.

they weeded and trimmed all the bushes and garden beds, which were quite in need of attention.  I was very pleased with the work and their puncuality and professionalism.

Everything went very well

I became highly allergic to grass so I'm not allowed to do any yard work or gardening, because I get anaphylactic shock. So I had to look in to getting a gardener for the first time. Personal Touch Gardening are fantastic. He will be coming out this spring. He is even going to grow some grass for me. We have a decent sized garden, and the lady before us was a marvelous gardener. So I told them to make our garden their playpen. I told them we are not gardeners but we respect the work, and I'm not allowed to do it. So we're going to trust you: you are the professionals and please feel free to design whatever you want to design. Have fun with it. She is always asking us if we like her ideas. I had my daughter pick out some colors for flowers. I don't know much about gardening or costs so whether or not they are expensive, reasonably priced or cheap I have no idea. I've had them for two seasons and this will be the third summer. The costs depend on the job that they are doing. We've really enjoyed what they've done - it is way better than we could have done even if I was healthy! They do know what they are doing.

This is a very responsible local company. Prompt reply to inquiry. Fast and accurate estimate. Very timely response when hired. Even returned day before yard waste pickup and carried all 60 bags to the curb. BEST LANDSCAPING COMPANY I've had work for me. I intend to have them continue in the spring with the addition of plants and mulch.

Showed up on time with 8 workers and completely changed my yard within 5 hours.  Weeded 5 gardens, pruned trees, mulched everything.  It was wonderful to watch the transformation.  They came back in less than a week to plant several perennials and make the gardens look amazing.  I will use them every year.  Thank you Angie's List.  Personal Touch Gardening was a gem to find.

They were excellent.  I used them last year, and then I used them again.  They were very professional and friendly.  They were easy to communicate with, and I have no complaints.

They were very good, but very expensive.  They were responsive, punctual and professional.  I would not use them again in the future.

They have done everything I asked of them on a timely, courteous, professional and reasonably priced basis. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful landscape. The amount spent is from this Spring to present and includes materials and labor.

I contacted them based on reviews form Angie's list. The response was very prompt  and they came and gave an estimate within two days of the phone call. I set up an appointment for the work and the came and finished the work promptly. I was very happy with the work the performed. I am going to have them come back for additional work.....relocating bulbs....relocating some perennials.....fall cleanup.....and in the future.....regular yard maintenance. 

They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and creative.  We admitted upfront how we do not know a lot about gardening.  She took us on a tour of our garden as a part of the estimating process and they knew what everything was by name and what it needed and why.  Carrie asked me what I'd like done and I told her she is the professional and to make our garden her playground.  My wife came home and was absolutely astonished.  She loved every creative choice they made.  Thank you for doing such a good job for us.

They came and the owners dug out the hostas and planted them another person dug out the pachysandra and planted it 2 other young men pulled weeds in front and back and was instructed by one of the owners so they would not pull any flowers out. They had it all planned  and organized from our conversation when we talked about what I wanted done.  I like organization things go better that way.
