 + -1 moreBruce gave a phone estimate and described what he expected to do during his visit. Bruce arrived on time and spent 2 hours removing unnecessary programs and files. He installed an improved anti virus program that is no cost to windows users . He explained his reasons for changes that he made. My 3 year old computer is running much faster and has crashed since his visit.
Description of Work: The provider visited my home to improve my computer's speed and remove old programs and temporary files.

 + -1 moreBruce came to our home and spent about an hour and a half going over all our settings, connections and running scans with our virus detection software and got everything cleaned up and running smooth. I had no doubt that would be the result as I've had Bruce work on our computer at home and on several at my office in the past. Anytime, I have a problem or a question I call Bruce. He's been really great about answering questions over the phone and talking me through problems (at no extra charge).
Description of Work: Our computer was running slow and acting a little wonky despite having virus protection and and a high speed connection.

 + -1 moreBruce ran full system updates, configured our firewall, updated our security and re-did our wireless network. Bruce is was very knowledgeable and explained everything (some of it was over my head) patiently. Our computers are now faster and I've haven't lost any data since he was out. The company has been great about just answering some of my questions that have come up since then. We plan on having Bruce out a couple of times a year to keep us on track. It was well worth the cost.
Description of Work: We had been having some trouble getting our computers to network properly and a few programs had been acting up. We know just enough about computers to get ourselves in trouble and we felt we needed a tune-up.
