"Thank you. We appreciate your business!"
"This customers’ move went within the quote from start to finish. She received ALL contents delivered from storage and never once mentioned any "missing" boxes in her claim that was turned in. Most of her extremely exaggerated claim was trying to receive a full value replacement for a rocker, chair, and sectional sofa that she claimed to have soil marks. I attempted to handle this claim and she refused to provide me with photos. I can only assume that the "soil" marks were most likely able to be cleaned and that is why she would not send the photos. I could not understand why. I left this claim as open until she could show me proof of her damages since she was claiming a very large figure. We are a small family owned and operated business and can't/won't simply pay out a claim with no proof in the amount of $10k. This claim was closed for lack of communication and evidence by the customer. Lastly, we have NOT lost our BBB accreditation. I am not sure where that random false statement came from....and yes, we have some other reviews here where previous customers where not satisfied with the transit coverage option that THEY selected themselves, but we offer several options to our customers and urge each one of them to familiarize themselves with their options prior to their move via email. We all know that a lot of times people can be more prone to report the negative than review a positive experience. Having said that, we are celebrating our 40th year in business and most of our customers are repeat or referrals. If we provided bad business, we wouldn’t be able to say that."

"This is now the 3rd or 4th time within several months that this individual has written a review, waited for company response, deleted her review, and then reposted so that our response would no longer be seen. This is a completely over exaggerated review. This customer wanted thousands of dollars for a few minor issues. Please note, we do not use popcorn. Nor did we provide packing services. If damage occurred in boxes packed by customer then it was not packed appropriately"
"Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our company. We appreciate your kind words and business!"
"Thank you, [Member Name Removed]. What awesome feedback. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with our company and others. We also appreciate the continued business by your family. Good luck settling in to your new residence!"
"This is very disappointing to read for several reasons. This customer rates every category poorly. However, she received two estimates; pack and move. Her final charges came exactly within the price range she was quoted. Yet, we were rated a "D" in price. She did not complain once about our movers and they arrived on time and worked very diligently to get her job done both days, yet she rated our company an "F" in quality and "B" in punctuality. Her estimate was provided to her immediately after her request and scheduled, yet we received a "D" from her in responsiveness. I also addressed her concerns that she mentioned in this review in regards to her damage quite immediately, yet she rated us an "F" for professionalism. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] had called in concerns on a couple of pieces after her move. Once I received her claim form back completed she had claimed $3,370 in damages stating her chest of drawers was damaged $950, entertainment wall unit damaged $2043, and a library table $375. Mind you, her pack and move totaled $2841. The entertainment center she wanted $2043 for has a very minor minuscule scuff on the inside wall that can be corrected with a white wood marker. The tall chest of drawers was new and I was able to call the store and have a new one delivered right to her and they would pick up the old one. Our mover had told her that there was a manufacturers defect with the leg not lining up properly. Although, he told her that she still listed it on her claim so I took my own time to make the call for her to have it exchanged. The 3rd and final piece she claimed was a 20 year old small round type of wooden end table. After she explained to me that within the last year another interstate mover had moved it, damaged it, and repaired it, I simply asked her for proof of that to make sure I could see the condition prior to her move. She was very angry that I wanted supporting documents from her. I never received these documents and instead she posted a negative review. The photos she did send me of this piece showed very clear wear from the door on the table opening and closing for 20 years. It was clear as day, but she insisted it was new. I had our repair technician review the photo and he also felt that this was certainly not a new damage. Unfortunately, I feel that this was some sort of scam to obtain all of the funds back she spent on moving. It's unfortunate the lengths some people will go to try and discredit others for personal gain."

"Hi [Member Name Removed], We appreciate your business and review. We strive to improve our services. We really appreciate your patience on this matter of the glass door pane. We are working as fast as we can to get this repaired."
"We appreciate your review of our movers and apologize if the payment arrangements were not clear to you. Having cash on hand the day of the move is the only way anyone can receive the cash discount for that day. We will always accept a credit card payment. However, since you wanted the cash discount, the terms of payment were cash only. Again, we apologize if there was anything that was not clear to you."
