between other jobs. His workers were professional and courteous and had my new room installed within a coupon days. There
were a few minor issues as we were actually retro-fitting to an existing roof and ceramic floor which were not level. These issues were more of a challenge than anything but I now have a beautiful new room with insulated windows, which I can now use most of the year. A small space heater will keep it cozy during the coldest months, I'm sure. I'm just delighted with my Michigan Sunroom and thankful to Eric and his team.
"It is true that when we signed this project last year, we were oversold and delayed, and it took quite a while to work through the queue. We have made an honest effort to keep the homeowner abreast of the situation. The homeowner was offered the option to pay the subcontractors directly because the homeowner expressed concerns about completing the project and the time it would take. The goal was to alleviate the homeowner's concerns and expedite the project. The amounts paid directly to our subcontractors were deducted from the balance of the contract amount. However, this project is not yet completed. We are still in the process of examining & fixing the window and door and gutter. Steps were not included in the written contract, and the permit was granted with the understanding that the homeowner was arranging a project with a different contractor to build a patio and steps to the room to meet code. We look forward to completing this project to the homeowner's satisfaction."
