Eric was the only provider which would take on my smaller sunroom update without requiring a full tear down!  This kept me within budget.   He did tell me upfront that I would have a wait before my project was started and most likely would be fill-in work
between other jobs.  His workers were professional and courteous and had my new room installed within a coupon days.  There
were a few minor issues as we were actually retro-fitting to an existing roof and ceramic floor which were not level.  These issues were more of a challenge than anything but I now have a beautiful new room with insulated windows, which I can now use most of the year.  A small space heater will keep it cozy during the coldest months, I'm sure.   I'm just delighted with my Michigan Sunroom and thankful to Eric and his team.

I signed a contract with this company 11 months ago. We have been having issues and every time I call him we get an excuse or letting us know we are next in line. I asked for my money back, he then informed me that he needed to pay me in installments. He sent someone to build the foundation. He informed me that he didn't have the money to pay for the sun room kit, and he asked me to pay for it. The guys who came out to install the kit didn't know what they were doing. They were unable to make the windows level. The walls aren't correct either. Also didn't install an end cap on the gutters they installed. The downspout was leaking and upside down. Installed the screen door latch upside down. I also do not have steps to go outside. Basically the people that came to install the kit had no clue what they were doing. He was unable to figure out the water leak and claimed he would get in contact with the manufacturer. Haven't heard from him since. He uses different names for his company such as 4 Seasons Sunrooms and Conservabuilders. He sent the electrician after me to pay for the electrical work done by the sub contractor. I paid for all sub contractor work. Also did a poor job of installing drywall. Also paying for new HVAC system to his subcontractor.
Response from Michigan Sunrooms
"It is true that when we signed this project last year, we were oversold and delayed, and it took quite a while to work through the queue. We have made an honest effort to keep the homeowner abreast of the situation. The homeowner was offered the option to pay the subcontractors directly because the homeowner expressed concerns about completing the project and the time it would take. The goal was to alleviate the homeowner's concerns and expedite the project. The amounts paid directly to our subcontractors were deducted from the balance of the contract amount. However, this project is not yet completed. We are still in the process of examining & fixing the window and door and gutter. Steps were not included in the written contract, and the permit was granted with the understanding that the homeowner was arranging a project with a different contractor to build a patio and steps to the room to meet code. We look forward to completing this project to the homeowner's satisfaction."
