Landscaping
They did not come out to do snow removal on the 2/21, the heart of the snow season. This caused missed appointments, we could not do work, and we had to clear it ourselves. It took 7 hours to do this ourselves. They billed us for this day after providing no service. Now they will not answer their phone or return a call about the bill. Recorded message still states they will be out of the office 2/21-2/25 on March 14th @ 3:00 PM. This makes it very difficult to correct an invalid invoice issued on the same afternoon. The error issue seems to have been resolved, however I was promised a fax showing the final zero balance this morning and I am still awaiting it 2 hours later.
