John was wonderful to work with on all these different projects.  He is a perfectionist, you can tell this in the work that he does, and the care that he takes in cleaning up so well that you can't even tell there was a workman in.  He is always on time if not early for work, he addresses our questions and concerns directly.  He is a hard worker and works through the day with out taking any breaks.  He guarantees all his work and will come right back out if there is ever a problem.  We have been so impressed with his work that we have even refereed him to several friends and family that have all been just as pleased. 

The experience went very well.  All of the work was done at different times in the past couple of years.  John was honest with the timeframes and when doing the bathroom (my only bathroom) scheduled the redo for when he could devote time to get it done without too much delay.  Both the kitchen and bath were gutted and he was always available to answer my questions or concerns.
When I talked about the need to have more closet space and the ideas I had his vision took it a step further and the outcome was so much better than I expected.  He was there when he said he would be.
