He is a perfectionist, you can tell this in the work that he does, and the care that he takes in cleaning up so well that you can't even tell there was a workman in. He is always on time if not early for work, he addresses our questions and concerns directly. He is a hard worker and works through the day with out taking any breaks. He guarantees all his work and will come right back out if there is ever a problem. We have been so impressed with his work that we have even refereed him to several friends and family that have all been just as pleased.
Description of Work: We used John for Siding, Windows, and he built us a new Shed.

+ 0 moreThe experience went very well. All of the work was done at different times in the past couple of years. John was honest with the timeframes and when doing the bathroom (my only bathroom) scheduled the redo for when he could devote time to get it done without too much delay. Both the kitchen and bath were gutted and he was always available to answer my questions or concerns. When I talked about the need to have more closet space and the ideas I had his vision took it a step further and the outcome was so much better than I expected. He was there when he said he would be.
Description of Work: Total Window has replaced windows in my home and given me a sliding door wall alternative that met my needs more effectively.I then contracted for a kitchen remodel that literally changed the footprint of my mid-century ranch style home. It opened up the living space. My vision was enhanced by their skill. I later engaged their services for a bathroom remodel. Again they did a fabulous job and made me feel as I was their only customer. They paid attention to detail and gave me an even better room than I had expected. The bonus for me was how they helped me view my current closet configuration and were able to expand my storage options while using the space differently. I highly recommend this company. I found that working with John was easy as he listened and heard what I wanted and delivered on his promise to do so. The costs associated were over all jobs.
