Holiday was excellent to work with. We meet with Eric of the catering department. He provided us with an abundance of samples for the event for tasting. We went with the BBQ menu as it was an outdoor party. He emailed us to discuss the event and details, cost etc.
Eric arrived promptly as planned on the day of the event. Set up and food delivery was on time. We employed Eric to serve the food etc. The food was set up buffet style. Everything was perfect! The food was good and plenty of it. Our guest really enjoyed themselves.
I would definitely hire Holiday again. This was probably the first party that I truly didn't have to worry about a thing. Eric did an excellent job of set up, serving, clean up, and putting the leftovers in the fridge.
