Furnace was not repaired after multiple attempts in January in Michigan. After the furnace was identified as broken during the home inspection, Gene Facine came and "fixed" it, charging the seller $95. The furnace was broken again in the same way only two weeks later. Unfortunately, this was after the closing. Gene came again and "fixed" it. Only a few days later it was broken again. Found an HVAC company that actually fixed the furnace permanently to the tune of $850. Either Gene is a terrible repairman or he was in collaboration with the home's seller to get one over on me to have me foot the bill. Choose a different repairman.
