It went very well.  We have used Elite in the past for other plumbing problems.  They are very professional and do the job well.  On the occasion in January, they were supposed to come in the morning and did not come and did not call.  I called and was told that the plumber was delayed by a large job and would be at our home at 3 PM.  3:00 PM came and went and no sign of the plumber.  I called at 4:15 PM and was told that he was on his way.  He arrived about 5:00 PM.  In all fairness this was the only time he was late and did not call; the other times they were prompt.

Fast and efficient friendly service. Love them and plan to use them in the future for all of my Plumbing needs.

They provide great service. It feels like he is a family member. He always gets here as soon as he can. He is clean, neat, and does a great job. I even trust him to come in while we're away. He has a key to our place.

The project went very well. They used all ball valves throughout and did all but one small thing all in one day and I had water for a shower by that evening. Luckily, I have a new kitchen and one of the baths being replaced so walls were open making it much easier. His guys were professional and courteous and when I noticed one of the runs in the basement was very close to a furnace duct shot off handle, they fixed it without issue.
The price was very fair and I would definitely hire Elite/Glenn again.

I had called another contractor ($65 service call charge) who told me both the fan and compressor in my AC unit were broken and that it would cost $1200 to fix. I called Elite for a second opinion. He told me the fan was broken but that the compressor was fine and that he could fix the fan for $350. The heating/AC unit was 27 years old and with the government tax credit I decided to replace everything. Elite did not charge for the service call and he replaced the fan for free to hold us over until the new equipment could be installed. They arrived on time, did a professional job, cleaned up pretty good. I later called them because the unit was making a funny noise and he arrived the next day to make some adjustments. I generally hate contractors but these people are HONEST and professional. I will be using them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Ken fixed the broken faucet in our half-bath very quickly. We didn't know whether our sprinklers were hooked up to an old well. He investigated (yes, they are). Very friendly and competent.

This is a commercial company so it takes them a little time to come. They are excellent, very efficient, do good quality of work and are well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend them to everyone in this area.

I was pleased with the quality unit they installed and the way in which they cleaned up so well it was if they were never there in the first place. I liked their very positive manner and the way they followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend them.
