CHEM-DRY OF OAKLAND

We have used Chem-Dry of Oakland many times at our Royal Oak home. Brian does the best job of all the different methods we have tried. Ours is an off-white cream color and because of the level of traffic plus a dog going in and out - it gets REALLY DIRTY! He makes it look as close to new as one could ever imagine. Previously, I've used steam/wet extraction and HOST Dry Extraction. This does better. He does better! Great price too. Trusted too.

Excellent. I've hired Bryon twice, and both times he did a fantastic job and was a total professional. He went out of his way on short notice for one job and couldn't have been nicer about it. Responds quickly, priced fairly, and does real quality work. I would recommend to anyone.

This is the best experience we have had with a carpet cleaning service. Bryon was extremely professional, thorough, personable and a great value for the job. They were very careful around the baseboards since we painted them less than a week prior. Absolutely outstanding work. Not only will I use them in the future but I would refer Chem-Dry of Oakland to my family and friends.

They did a real quick job with the carpet cleaning. They did not move too much of my furniture but cleaned up the spots on the floor, although they did not go to the corners. It was kind of rushed and hurried. The person was late because somebody wanted him to hand-scrub the carpet. He had a bowling appointment so he rushed through the job. He could have rescheduled but he did not. However, on rethinking this job, I was too harsh in my review. I would hire this young man again as he was courteous and thoughtful.

The Chem Dry carpet cleaning service we had used for over a decade went out of business and we have been searching for a replacement. We found it with Chem Dry of Oakland. We are so impressed. There were stains we never thought would come out but they did. And, even better, the stains did not reappear as has happened with some other vendors. And the price was reasonable.

Wherever there were traffic marks, he worked very hard to get them out. He worked alone and even moved the furniture. The carpet was dry within an hour. He really did a good job. I was very pleased.

The great attitude and responsiveness continued when I needed to reschedule at the last minute. Finally arrival was prompt (even a little early) and we were very pleased with the care taken, and quality cleaning of our carpeting.

The thing we like about Chem Dry of Oakland carpet cleaning is that is does not take too long to dry out. The team was very good, polite and enjoyed working together. It had been too long since the last cleaning, but they did their magic and the carpet looks good as new again...! We recommend them highly.

It was on a warranty program and the first two years the warranty was free. I was on a warranty program where I get to do the cleaning yearly for free. Once it was cleaned in a year it was a guarantee. They would fix the carpet in a wear and tear situation only.
